Obet has more than 3 decades of experience as an HR practitioner and as an HR consultant for various industries, including travel & tourism, real estate & construction, business process outsourcing, retail and technology. He is strong in the areas of talent management, succession planning, talent acquisition, performance management, change management, training & development, leadership development, executive coaching, and employer branding. He is a firm believer in the importance of education in our society and currently teaches Talent Acquisition Management, Strategic Performance Management and Organizational Development at the De La Salle College of St. Benilde, Manila (DLS-CSB).
Lui is a Certified Management Accountant, Forensic Accountant, Payroll Professional and Internal Control Auditor, with more than 10 years of experience in internal audit, business process review and design, IT audit, fraud investigations and risk management in various industries. Earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Management Accounting in addition to possessing comprehensive skill sets utilized while working well with teams.
Jen is a Human Resources professional with experience in Compensation and Benefits administration, Training and Development, Employee Relations and Engagement, HR internal audit, and HR due diligence in various industries. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a post-graduate diploma in Industrial Relations.
Len has over 20 years of Human Resource Management experience gained from 2 multi-national companies, both with strong presence in the Philippines and around the globe. Experience evolved from individual contributor/specialist roles to HR team leadership position. Over the last 18 years, her experience ranges from specialized HR functions such as recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, labor and employee relations, has developed to handling matured and strategic HR roles such as HR business partnership and Talent Management. In the last 5 years she has grown to handle strategic initiatives from succession planning, senior leadership coaching and culture change initiatives enabling business growth, to effecting organizational transformation.
